- In some instances, CCL Global does conduct group interviews due to the sheer volume of applicants who express interest in the advertised vacancies. So instead of keeping candidates waiting long periods of time, interviews are split into two parts, part one is a preliminary interview with part two being an in-depth interview.
- The company takes the view that previous employment and qualifications have no bearing on a candidate’s ability to work at CCL Global, and does not want to exclude people from participating in the process. They believe that the most motivated, outgoing and charismatic individuals will typically make a lasting impression and thrive in the preliminary interview round.
The final interview takes candidates through the training process and outlines the expectations of the company and what the position will entail. Candidates will be taken through the remuneration structure and package. CCL Global ensures there is full transparency of all processes involved.
